Service Description
Yellowed translucent soles are a natural part of aging, but they don't have to stay that way. During your complimentary Sole Deoxidation Assessment, we'll evaluate the current condition of your sneakers, review your restoration goals, and determine whether they're a good candidate for our restoration process. Upload clear photos of your sneakers before your consultation so we can prepare recommendations and discuss realistic expectations. Estimated consultation time: 30 minutes
Cancellation Policy
Please book your Project Discovery Call at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled call time. Calls may be booked up to 30 days in advance. This helps us stay organized, protect everyone’s time, and prepare properly for your project conversation. During this call, we will discuss your project idea, timeline, number of participants or shoes, location, budget, and next steps. All available time slots are accepted automatically when open.
