Before we meet, you’ll complete a brief Custom Sneaker Project Planner so we can prepare thoughtful recommendations for your single-pair or bulk-order project.
Cancellation Policy
Please book your Project Discovery Call at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled call time. Calls may be booked up to 30 days in advance. This helps us stay organized, protect everyone’s time, and prepare properly for your project conversation. During this call, we will discuss your project idea, timeline, number of participants or shoes, location, budget, and next steps. All available time slots are accepted automatically when open.
